We stand behind the quality of our menswear collection. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items marked as “non-returnable” at purchase.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included where possible
  • A copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the following template:

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item(s) securely and include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once the original item is received and approved
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • For lower value exchanges, we will refund the difference to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
