We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard Shipping (£12.95):

– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our menswear collection. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Items marked “non-returnable” at purchase

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging should be included where possible

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item(s) securely with the RMA number clearly visible and ship to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

  • We ship your replacement once the original item is received and approved
  • For higher value exchanges: You’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • For lower value exchanges: We’ll refund the difference to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You’re responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
